Oestrogen only vs combined HRT

The women’s Health Initiative has suggested that oestrogen only hrt should not be used for chronic disease prevention in post menopausal women.  However oestrogen only does appear to show less long-term risk than the use of oestrogen and progesterone.  The women’s Health Initiative Steering Committee.   2. I AM 62 YEARS OLD AND I HAVE SLIGHT BLEEDING FROM MY VIRGINA THE DOCTOR HAS GIVEN ME 25ML OF ESTRADIOL PESSARIES FIRST WILL THEY STOP THE BLEEDING SECOND HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO TAKE THESES FOR AND WHAT ARE THE RISKS THANK YOU JUNE
