Each month I share my blog with between four and five authors. These posts are called the Thursday Throng and they are an interview. Sometimes the authors are prepared to offer a free copy of their book to someone that comments on their interview and says ‘hello’. The following month, I choose the winners of the free copies and just to remind people I do an update of those giveaways which are still open for potential winners.
Today, I’d like to welcome Ray East to the Author Interviewees’ chair with her co-authored YA novel ‘VOLUSPA- A Magical World‘. This is a YA Fantasy Romance for ages 10 and upwards and according to the author, if you think ‘Harry Potter meets Twilight’ you probably won’t go far wrong. Ray is also offering a free, signed copy to one lucky commenter on this blog, so don’t forget to make sure you get your foot in the door before Christmas!
Today, I’d like to welcome Kerry Quinn to the Author interviewees’ chair with her book ‘FunEmployed: Finding the Upside in the Downturn‘. In addition to this interview, Kerry is also offering a free eCopy of her book and all you need to do is leave a comment below to be in with a chance of winning.

When I first started doing my Thursday Throng Author Interviews, I kept the giveaways open for a week at a time. As I was preparing for my holiday in September I realised that I wouldn’t be able to keep an eye on the comments that were being made and decided to keep a giveaway open until the end of the month AFTER the interview was published.
It’s Thursday, it’s nine o’clock and I’d like to welcome Matthew Hirtes author of Going Local in Gran Canaria into the studio today as my guest on the Thursday Throng author interview slot. The full title of the book is Going Local in Gran Canaria: how to turn a holiday destination into a home and that will give you a great idea of where the book is going to take you; although you shouldn’t be misled, it is full of exceptional information for the traveller and the home-owner alike.
As well as doing this interview, Matthew is also giving one lucky commenter a signed, paperback copy of Going Local In Gran Canaria, and whoever get’s it is going to want to go as much as I did when I was reading it.
Welcome once again to my Thursday Throng interview and this week it’s my great pleasure to introduce you all to Gwynneth White, the author of the Seth and Erin novel, Pledged. Gwynneth hails from a small town outside Cape Town in South Africa, where she lives with her husband, not one but THREE teenage daughters, two dogs, a cat, a horse and some neglected fish.
