Everyone define’s happiness differently, to me it’s about being comfortable in my own skin, recognising that ‘it’s just a thought!’, enjoying the moment and feeling gratitude for all the great things in my life.

I don’t worry about things as much as I used to because I accept that my thoughts and feelings are in constant flux and that nothing is forever.
