There are four steps to a natural menopause. They are:

- supplementing with vitamin and mineral supplementation particularly of vitamin C, B3, B6, zinc and magnesium, again this combination will help to maintain healthy hormone balances;
- having a generally healthy lifestyle by eating well and exercising regularly.
