This week I’d like to welcome Kiran Prasad to the Thursday Throng hotseat. Kiran was born in India, grew up in England and has moved 29 times. Every time she had to begin the process of building a home again even in places she wouldn’t choose to be. She has shared her experience of relocation, managing upheaval and beginning again somewhere new in her book A Mindful Move that teaches others how to ease the pain.

Jill Gambaro has lived with multiple repetitive strain injuries known as a “double crush” for over 14 years. A former board member of the Los Angeles Repetitive Strain Injury Support Group and the Cumulative Trauma Disorders Resource Network, Jill has interviewed hundreds of doctors, lawyers, physical therapists, alternative healers, injured workers, members of the workers’ compensation community, and RSI sufferers. She is a professional writer and film producer.
Berline Thenor is writer, speaker and a life coach at Reaching Destiny, LLC- a company she started in 2014 to help others do just that: reach their destiny. Berline also writes out Weekly Inspiration which is sent out via email to over hundred subscribers. When she is not writing or coaching, she can be found in the gym working up a sweat. She earned both B.S. in Psychology and MBA from Florida A&M University. She currently resides in Charlotte, NC.
